As always, we are excited about continuing a new year of tax
filing with all of our loyal clients from Washington DC as far as
Bahrain, Asia as well as the new people our faithful clients have
referred to us, but we must take a brief moment to recap some of the
high points and not-so-high points of the previous year. We
want to congratulate all of the new marriages, new babies, new homes
purchased, new employment gained and new businesses (especially the
ones we helped to start)! We would like to Thank all of you that
participated in the 1st Annual Redskins Tickets
Sweepstakes by simply "Liking" our Facebook Page. There
will be more contests just like that one so...stay tuned!
Although, many of you know, a few years ago Mr. Baker decided that it was time for him to
so many "retired" folks, he just can't stop working or
helping (I should say). You may venture into the office and find Mr. Baker hanging around, prepared to offer his
expertise whenever needed. So, please don't be shy and
stop by and say "Hi" to Mr. Baker
as he is always here watching over his baby; the business - not me.
Unfortunately, with all the joy, we also experienced the pain
of loved ones lost, jobs lost, homes lost and a host of other
unpleasant experiences to which we offer our heartfelt
condolences. We are in a unique position where, although
we only see most people one time per year, we become like family and
your losses and gains are our losses and gains. We would like to ask
that you send your love and supportive thoughts to a long-time client
of ours who lost her young son to the senseless violence of the
Districts' streets. Ms. TinaMarie
Spencer, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
We want you to know that we do not take this relationship
lightly. On the contrary, we take great pride in the service we
provide and the expertise we share because we care about each and
every one that chooses to put their trust in us. With that being
said, due to the delay in tax filing and the staggered form filing
throughout the 2012 Tax Season, we experienced some minor glitches
that had an adverse effect on some of our clients timely tax filing.
We believe these issues to have all been addressed to date however,
if you believe your tax return filing or refund has been delayed we
encourage you contact our office so that we may work to resolve any
Lastly, you may have called our office and noticed new
additions and losses to our staff. We appreciate your
continued patience as we continue our search to put together a staff that possesses a high level of
professionalism, work ethic, care and concern for our patrons that we
know you deserve. So at this time I would be remiss not to say Thank
you, with the utmost and sincerest gratitude, to Ms.
Chiquita McLendon, Ms.
Joyce Campbell, Ms. Reaner
Graham, Ms. Tiarra
Pickett and everyone else who is giving their time and effort to make
this a successful business and positive experience for all of you!
We look forward to continuing a fantastic tax season and we
will always continue to work diligently to make sure your tax returns
and accounting needs are completed with integrity, professionalism
